ATTENTION
We will soon be using a new system for logging in packages that will be in affect in the next 2 months. It's a lot of work for us, however, we are doing everything we can to make the transition for the customers an easy one.
Our new system will allow new users to obtain a number immediately, and logging time for received packages should be reduced by almost two-thirds as well. This means quicker availability and notification! The only catches are that users who received a customer number above 60000 prior to March 1st, and any user with a customer number that begins with a zero, will need to be assigned a new number.
Currently, your customer number email from My Digital Doorman may take a few days to arrive. This time of year we're handling over twice the volume of signups and packages as in previous years.

EMAIL ONLY, NO PHONE CALLS
Packages are available for pickup when a confirmation email from
us has been received! This can be two business days after package
receipt depending on the amount of deliveries being processed.
