We open on time and close on time.
Exceptions cannot be made on this policy.
We no longer forward freight, and packages must be picked up.
Hagen's is required by law to only keep packages for 90 days.
Packages not picked up in 90 days will be sold for storage.
Hagen's is not responsible for package notification if customer
name is misspelled or customer number is absent from package.
Retain your tracking number(s) until your package is received.
If you should have a package that is long overdue, we will need
your customer number, exact shipper info, and tracking number.
After 2 weeks storage fees start at $0.50 a day per package for packages 44lbs and under, and $1.00 a day for packages 45lbs and up.
If not picked up in 90 days the item will be sold for storage.
ALL packages in at pickup must be signed and paid for. If you choose to leave any packages behind you will be given a 2-day grace period before the above storage fees apply.
